OOPS ! Sorry, some things weren't working well!

OK so the payments and bookings systems weren't working 100% - now fixed!

I have added a separate payments page and tested it out, and have changed the default timezone from GMT+13 hours to GMT. (The GMT+13 hours stemmed from designing and publishing the website whilst travelling in New Zealand in Dec 2016!) Also changed the background from a mono landscape to a colour one shot during the New Zealand trip.
